KOLOK was established in 1966 as Pelikan Products and joined the BIDVEST group of companies in 1996. KOLOK is a distributor of leading brands including Hewlett Packard, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Verbatim, Samsung, Brother and Penguin. Our product range includes printer supplies, printers, scanners, data storage supplies and a full range of computer accessories.

KOLOK is a "One-Stop Printer and Computer Supplies" organization offering highly skilled and knowledgable staff along with superior stock availability and a professional and efficient delivery or collection service, enabling our customers to rely on us as an extension of their own business. Over the period 2006 to 2009, we have:

    Relocated our five major branches to new purpose built locations
    Implemented a state of the art computer software system   
    Opened three new branches thus ensuring national coverage/distribution

Technology and Information Systems
On the 1st April 2007 , Kolok (Pty) Ltd Implemented a state of the art technology to vastly improve our stock holding and delivery services to our customers.

The New Systems have automated reporting and various clerical tasks for different departments and sharply increased the company's visibility into inventory, manufacturing, finance, and other key aspects of our operations. The new software allowed Kolok to receive big volumes of stock much quicker onto the shelves and to deliver the stock faster and accurately to our Customers. Our new software allows KOLOK to receive large volumes of inventory into our warehouse quicker and more accurately than ever before. This allows us to improve our turnaround time to our customers with backorders.
